Terms and prices: The price includes all local taxes, electricity, water, maintenance of the pool and end cleaning. A deposit corresponding to 25 per cent of the total price is to be paid at the time of reservation and the remaining amount is to be paid not later than 45 days before the start of the rental period.
Heating of the pool. During the winter season (from mid-November to beginning of May) the pool can be heated, if requested, at an additional amount of Euro 145 per week.
Deposit: A deposit of US dollar 300 has to be paid when the key is collected. Cash, VISA or Mastercard is accepted.
In due time you will receive a map of how to find your way from Orlando International Airport to Town Center where the villa is located. After your arrival to Orlando the key can be picked up at the office of our local partner.

more than 45 days prior to the rental period - full amount will be refunded
22-42 days prior to the rental period - 50 per cent of the total amount is refunded
7-21 days - 25 per cent of the total amount is refunded
1-6 days - no refund.
